Jivan Mukta and Sat Darshan are the founders and directors of Yoga Lafontaine and together they lead and collaborate with an inspiring team of teachers, healers and yogis. The origins of Yoga Lafontaine go back 20 years when Jivan Mukta and Sat Darshan began their daily spiritual practices. They have a call to serve and together they have found several pathways to a freer and more meaningful life. They have taught in over 20 countries in Europe, India, China, Russia, USA and Chile. In 2005 they married and they are parents of two teens with whom they live a family life in Gran Canaria, Spain.

Siri Vedya Kaur
Level 1 & 2 certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Associate Teacher Trainer Certified Shakti Dance©️ Teacher and Professional Teacher Trainer Meditative Healing™️ practitioner.
Intercultural communication and project management professional Siri Vedya Kaur was born and raised in Helsinki, Finland. Since childhood she has been interested in spirituality, cultures and languages, and these interests have determined her life path from early on. She first got into yoga while studying in Spain, and discovered Kundalini Yoga a few years later when living in Chile.
Siri Vedya has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since certifying as a teacher in 2008. She has a BA in Spanish philology and an MA in Intercultural Communication and Latin American Studies, and besides teaching yoga, has worked for over a decade in project management and advisor roles in academia and the public and private sector. Besides yoga, Siri Vedya's greatest learning comes from integrating and balancing a demanding career and single motherhood while continuing to grow in consciousness, service and love.
Prabhudeep Kaur (Terri Mang)
Prabhudeep Kaur (Terri Mang) is from Estonia, has a BA in Business Administration and more than 20 years of experience in active entrepreneurship leading groups, using organizational skills and resourceful creative work. This background led her to dedicate her life to spread awareness about human potential and the opportunities of yogic lifestyle.
In 2011 Prabhudeep completed her certification as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and started teaching regular yoga classes and workshops. She has further studies on Conscious Pregnancy, Yoga for Children and Youth, as well as Karam Kriya (Applied Numerology) and Meditative Healing™. Between 2012-2014 she was the Chairman of the Estonian Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.
Since 2017 she is an Intern in the Aquarian Teachers Academy. Prabhudeep Kaur is married to Prabhudeep Singh, with whom they raise a son and live in their ashram home in the countryside (Hatu Manor). In there they hold the activities of their non-profit organization Valguspere – Family of Light.
Liv Avtar Kaur
Aka Pauliina Kaivola has been a Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2009 when she started teaching groups in companies and later at yoga studios.
Liv Avtar Kaur is also a certified instructor of of Breath Walk™ and has taken trainings of Henkinen valmentaja® -training program, Reiki 1 & 2 and ThetaHealing®. She has earlier served as a board member at Kundalini Yoga Association of Finland and currently she is an assistant teacher in our teacher trainings. She is currently been mentored by Jivan Mukta, her teacher since 2007.
She has done her long work career in business with marketing and sales, nowadays as a team leader in digital media business. With that background she shares her skills and experience of how to handle stress and maintain inner peace with yogic lifestyle in demanding, even hectic everyday life. She has a long marriage and is a happy mother of two adult children. She has soft and deep, but practical approach in her teaching.
Taranbir Kaur (Margit Kurm)
Taranbir Kaur (Margit Kurm) is Estoian and has MA in Information Science and more than 15 years experience in managing companies and organizations. Graduated from the Level 1 and 2 of Kundalini Teacher training at Amrit Nam Sarovar in France, Naad Yoga Teacher Training at the Raj Academy in the UK and I and II Grades Meditative Healing Program™. At the moment, she is in the second year in path to become a trainer in the Aquarian Teacher Academy.
Taranbir is a founding member of Estonian IKYTA in 2008 and since 2009 she has held many yogic camps and workshops as well. The topics that inspire her are the teachings for women, conscious relationships, stress and self-healing, chakras and the five elements, nutrition, and prosperity. She is also an active Practitioner of Meditative Healing™.
Giandev Kaur
Giandev Kaur is from Finland and has MS in Energy and Environmental Engineering. She lives with her husband and three children at Kurki Ecovillage.
She has been dedicated to study of how communities work and how to develop them. She also coordinates European Solidarity Corps Volunteering projects and works with volunteers to increase the understanding of more ecological way of living. She has been a Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2009 and she is a level 1 & 2 certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
Giandev is has also taken specialised trainings in Conscious Pregnancy, Post Natal Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Yoga Doula. In the past she has been a board member of the Kundalini Yoga Association of Finland and also served in working as a publicist at the association. Since 2015 she is in the Aquarian Teacher Academy and nowadays she is an Associate Trainer. She is very dedicated to teaching women to find their strength and grace.
